AG-701 is a braided fiberglass sleeving coated with acrylic resin and then thermo set to form F grade insulating sleeving. Apart from good dielectric properties, softness, reliable heat resistance, longer shelf life, AG-701 insulating sleeving provides excellent resistance to oil and benzene, making it ideal for use in hazardous areas.

VG-501 – Fiberglass sleeving Coated with Polyvinyl Chloride Resin.

When a higher dielectric properties and failsafe performance are needed, VG-501 provides the solution. VG-501 is a fiberglass braided sleeving, which is first coated with a layer of polyvinyl chloride resin and then thermo set to provide B grade insulating sleeving. Softness, high dielectric properties, heat resistance and safety are some advantages of VG-501 fiberglass sleeving and it is useful as wiring insulation for Grade B electrical machinery, wireless sets and domestic electric appliances.

Coaxial Cables

PTFE is known to be the best dielectric for RF (Radio frequency) coaxial cables. The essential function of coaxial cables is to transmit high frequency energy and signals with low loss, with reflection less matching and without Phase and Amplitude distortion.

The coaxial cable construction has been invented to overcome these problems, in which signals and energy are contained within an enclosed space. It consists of a core conductor, surrounded by pure PTFE dielectric covered with a metal shield, and finally encased in an overall jacket. Solid/Stranded (ATC/ABC) Copper conductor, insulated with specially formulated PVC/TPE/XLPE to form a core. Cores laid up together or twisted to form a pair/triad depending upon the individual requirement. Polymide Insulated Cable manufactured by REVTI CABLES PRIVATE LIMITED is used as an insulation over the copper conductor. The film is either lapped with 50% to 55% or with 65% to 70% overlap.The type of film used for the manufacture of the conductor consists of 25 micron thick Polymide film with 12 microns of adhesive material (FEP – Fluorocarbon resin) on one side. The adhesive material when heated melts and thus bonds with the copper effectively. The process of induction heating ensures uniform heating of the adhesive material resulting in an Insulation that is free from voids..
